Excellent experience overall. The communication was clear and professional, and the entire rental process was smooth and straightforward. They offered flexible options that fit my budget perfectly. The car was delivered to my door, with airport pick-up and drop-off available. The vehicle was in very good condition, and even when I had to adjust the timing on short notice, everything was handled punctually. A big plus was the quick refund of the security deposit. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely rent from them again when I’m in Dubai.

I had a really great and smooth experience with Prox Car Rental. I messaged them in the morning, and in less than two hours, the car was delivered to me. The car was in very good condition, clean, comfortable, and easy to drive. Communication was also very easy and professional throughout the process. Mr. Farooq was especially very kind, helpful, and easy to speak with. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would highly recommend Prox to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car rental experience in Dubai.

Booking a car through ProxLuxury Car was quick, easy and seamless process. Reached out via WhatsApp and got response within minutes about availability, pricing, and pick up. It was very convenient that our driver, Farook, came to drop and then pick up the car from the place where we were staying. He also explained everything to us about rules and speed limits and cameras. The whole experience was beyond excellent. Thank you so much!!
